Join Our Team in Financial Innovation
We're building something real here. Digital transformation in finance isn't just about technology—it's about understanding businesses and helping them work better.
Our Lovech office is growing, and we need people who get excited about solving complex financial process challenges. If you're curious about how digitization can reshape traditional finance operations, you might fit right in.
Current Opportunities
These roles opened in early 2025. We're looking for people who can think independently and aren't afraid to challenge the status quo.
Financial Process Analyst
You'll work directly with clients to map their existing financial workflows and identify digitization opportunities. This means understanding accounting systems, talking to finance teams, and translating business needs into technical requirements. Experience with ERP systems helps, but curiosity matters more.
Apply NowImplementation Consultant
This role sits between strategy and execution. You'll take digitization plans and make them happen—configuring systems, training users, and solving the inevitable problems that come up during implementation. Strong communication skills matter as much as technical knowledge here.
Apply NowClient Success Specialist
After we help businesses digitize their processes, someone needs to ensure they're actually getting value from it. That's you. You'll check in with clients, troubleshoot issues, identify additional opportunities, and serve as their primary contact. Background in finance or consulting works well.
Apply NowMeet Some of Our Team
Every person here came from somewhere different. What connects us is genuine interest in making financial processes work better for real businesses.
Desislava Encheva
Senior Consultant
I spent eight years in traditional accounting before joining FocusLogen in 2022. What attracted me was the opportunity to help other finance professionals escape manual processes that I knew were eating up their time. Most days I'm either mapping client workflows or training teams on new systems.
Iskra Velcheva
Implementation Lead
My background is half IT, half business consulting. I started here in 2023 because I was tired of projects that looked good on paper but fell apart during implementation. Now I focus on making sure digitization actually works in practice, not just theory. The best part is watching finance teams realize how much time they're getting back.
What Matters Here
We don't have a foosball table or free snacks. But we do have some principles that shape how we work together.
Real Solutions Over Quick Fixes
We could sell clients surface-level automation and move on. Instead, we dig into their actual processes and build solutions that last. This takes longer but produces better results.
Learning as You Go
Finance technology changes constantly. None of us knows everything, and that's fine. We share knowledge actively, ask questions without ego, and figure things out together.
Honest Communication
If a client's timeline is unrealistic, we say so. If a project hits obstacles, we discuss them openly. Sugar-coating problems doesn't make them go away—it just delays the conversation.
Flexible Work Approach
Some weeks are intense during implementations. Other times things are quieter. We trust people to manage their schedules and get work done without micromanagement or rigid hours.
Local Expertise, Broader Vision
Being based in Lovech gives us deep understanding of Bulgarian business practices and regulatory requirements. But we also stay connected to international best practices in financial digitization.
Results That Actually Matter
We measure success by whether clients' finance teams are working more efficiently six months after implementation—not by how many systems we've installed or contracts we've signed.
How Hiring Works
We keep this straightforward. Here's what to expect if you apply.
Initial Application Review
Send your CV and a brief note explaining what interests you about the role. We read everything within a week. If your background seems like a fit, we'll reach out to schedule a conversation.
First Conversation
This is a phone or video call lasting about 45 minutes. We'll discuss your experience, what you're looking for, and give you a realistic picture of the role and our work. You should have questions for us—that's expected.
Practical Assessment
We'll give you a realistic scenario based on actual client work—maybe analyzing a financial workflow or proposing a digitization approach. This takes a few hours and helps us see how you think through problems.
Team Meeting
You'll meet 3-4 people you'd work with directly. This is partly us evaluating you, partly you deciding if you'd enjoy working here. We usually do this at our Lovech office, but video works if needed.
Decision and Offer
We'll make a decision within a few days and call you directly. If we're moving forward, we'll discuss specifics about compensation, start date, and answer any remaining questions. The whole process typically takes 3-4 weeks from application to offer.
